Landscape and Gardening
For landscaping problems such as broken sprinklers and sleeping gardeners, you may contact the District 22 subcontractor. They are paid for by your property tax dollars, not OPCCA.
Laundry
For washer/dryer or other laundry room problems, you may contact the vendor with specific details about what needs fixing. If this fails, contact the management company.
